Great Oaks CrossFit Community Fitness Center, where we are dedicated to helping you reach all your nutrition goals. With personalized one-on-one support, our program is designed to build healthy habits that last a lifetime.

The GOC nutrition program is build for longevity. You will be given tasks weekly to focus and build into sustainable habits. Your meetings with one of our nutrition coaches will center around methods and food that fit your lifestyle.

Eating real foods in appropriate servings is essential to developing your foundation in your health and fitness journey.

The Great Oaks Weightlifting Club is a USAW Club where people of all ages and fitness levels can learn how to safely and effectively perform the Snatch and Clean and Jerk, in a fun training atmosphere.

For those with intentions to compete and/or for those who just want to get better at weightlifting.

Give your Teen a head start in building confidence with our Teen Athletics program. Designed for ages 10-14, our two-day-a-week, 60-minute sessions will help your Teen develop physical agility, strength, and social skills.
