The best thing I have done for myself in the last year was join APC. The people, the coaches, the friends and families make the atmosphere unique, motivational and inspiring! Everyone comes together from different levels of fitness and push each other to be better, be stronger, to simply try. It doesn’t matter if you are at day 1 of your journey or a lifetime member, you can always modify or try something new! Crossfit is more than just barbells and rope climbs. This box is absolutely awesome. The owners do a great job at making it a place for all people, no matter their athletic ability. Personally, CrossFit scared me for the longest time because of the stigmas and opinions people have about it. Only 4 weeks ago I joined the Bootcamp program with this gym, and my mind is completely changed. The support the coaches have given me is the reason I’ve stuck with this process. I would definitely recommend APC for anyone looking to change their life for the better. Go APC!

CROSSFIT

Small or large group setting. Constantly varied, functional movements, performed at high intensity. Intended ages 16 and up. Led by a CrossFit certified trainer. Burn- Small or large group setting. Cardio based, constantly varied, low skill movements. (16 and up)

No class structure. Intended only for those that just can not possibly make it to a regular, coached class. 4 AM, on weekdays and Sundays at 9 AM. Personal Training (30 min or 60 min)- One on one or small group setting. Focus is individualized.

Yoga

A big part of gaining strength is also gaining flexibility. Our yogility classes are a fusion of yoga and mobility offered to de-stress and meditate while finding direction both on and off the mat. We like to think of yoga as the yin to our CrossFit yang. If you feel like you need more balance in your life, then yogility is the perfect class for you.

BROOKE EATMON

COACH

Brooke grew up in western North Carolina and graduated from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. She got her degree in graphic design. While at Liberty, she met her husband, Josh, who is now the associate pastor at Crossroads Community Church. They have a 6 year old daughter named Skye who loves CrossFit just as much as her mom.

They moved to Ohio in 2012. Brooke and Josh began CrossFit August of that year and in her words “it saved (her) life”.

“I was depressed and unmotivated to do anything. CrossFit was the jumpstart I needed to get my life and mind back on track.”

She’s been doing CrossFit ever since and got her CFL1 Trainer Certification in July of 2017 and has been coaching at APC ever since.

“The best thing about being a CrossFit trainer is getting to see people achieve things the NEVER thought they could do and pushing those boundaries beyond their expectations.”

Beyond coaching, Brooke is an Independent Sales Consultant with Norwex. She not only helps people radically change and improve their fitness levels but also helps them create safe havens in their homes with chemical free cleaning products

Kelsey Wilson

While attending Ohio Northern University, Kelsey started a “CrossFit Club” where her love for coaching blossomed. She loves helping people achieve goals and says that being at APC is always the highlight of her day. Kelsey and her Fiancé, Jedd, are integral parts of our community and we are lucky to have them!

COACH

Coach Brandon is a lifelong competitive athlete and has been CrossFitting since 2010.  He is a Health and Phys-Ed teacher at Wadsworth Local Schools.  Brandon is an enthusiastic student of the CrossFit methodology and we are lucky to have his wealth of knowledge.
