Great Oaks CrossFit Community Fitness stands out as more than just a gym — we’re a vibrant, inclusive community driven by a mission to build strength, confidence, and connection in every individual who walks through our doors. We offer professionally coached classes for all ages and fitness levels, creating an encouraging environment where beginners feel supported and experienced athletes stay challenged. Our programming is rooted in functional fitness, helping members move better in everyday life, while fostering a sense of accomplishment through goal-setting, personal milestones, and community events.

Busy schedule? Our total-body workout paired with the proven science of Crossfit exercises ensures that you will maximize your 60-minutes in the gym.

GUIDANCE, NOT GUESS WORK

Ever go into the gym and not know what to do first? Our professional coaches guide you and tailor the workout to help you meet your goals.

Go at your own pace

Choose to walk, jog, run, bike or stride. Every workout produces results based on your unique abilities.

I’ve done multiple competitions at Great Oaks and I have no bad things to say the competition is well organized and runs according to schedule the workouts are standards and clearly defined before the competition the judging and atmosphere and competition is exceptional will definitely be doing more competitions at Great Oaks in the future

What will my first time in the gym be like?
Our coaches will meet you where you are at in your fitness journey and provide a simple easy approach to your first workout.

What is your drop-in policy?

$20 or purchase of a T-shirt

How often do you recommend going to the gym?

This varies from person to person but generally we find 3 days a week to be a minimum effective dose. 

I'm not in very good shape...can I do crossfit?

Yes! The CrossFit methodology can be scaled and applied to all fitness and capability levels. CrossFit is for everyBODY

Do you offer more then crossfit?

Yes! In addition to CrossFit, we offer personal training and small group sessions to help simplify movements and build confidence. We also provide open gym access, weightlifting classes, and our ThriveYouth program—fun, structured fitness for kids and teens. We’re also proud to offer inclusive Special Olympics training sessions.
